“Business Driven Resilient Small Producers” is a project arising from the current Covid-19 pandemic and its challenges to our food system. Local small producers and workers in the chain of local production and processing, face the challenges of discovering new distribution channels, while under the threat of unemployment and poor positioning of their products on the market. “Business Driven Resilient Small Producers” enables inclusive and sustainable growth of small food producers, as well as the continuous growth of the local economy and eradication of unemployment.
During the implementation of the project, each producer, based on the findings obtained during the communication, received a detailed business model and mentoring in its implementation, with clear guidelines for the future. Additionally, during the project, the producer had the opportunity to be promoted through social media, which provides greater visibility and easier and direct access to its customers.
