Health & Wellbeing

Creating pathways to wellbeing, inclusion and opportunity

Health and wellbeing are essential to people’s ability to learn, work, participate in their communities and build fulfilling lives.

At Impact Foundation, we work to promote more inclusive opportunities for people whose health circumstances, caring responsibilities or life transitions can affect their access to education, employment, social connection and personal development.

Through partnerships, community-based initiatives and inclusive learning opportunities, we aim to support individuals, families and caregivers to strengthen wellbeing, confidence, skills and participation in society.

Our current work

DigiPath – Digital and Career Pathways for Young People with Lived Cancer Experience

DigiPath is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Youth that supports young people aged 18–30 with lived cancer experience as they reconnect with education, employment, community life and their own future plans. Completing treatment does not always mean that the transition back to everyday life is easy. Many young survivors experience interrupted education or work, reduced confidence, social isolation and uncertainty about their next steps. DigiPath addresses this gap through inclusive, youth-work-based learning and practical career support.

Health and wellbeing is a developing area of work for Impact Foundation. We are committed to building future initiatives in partnership with communities, caregivers, professionals and organisations that bring relevant experience and knowledge.
